Tuesday Treats: Dark Chocolate Souffle Goodness...

Today's treat absolutely had to be the Dark Chocolate Souffle that I devoured errrr, I mean ate, at lunch last week when I was lucky enough to be taken to Wildfire. I had no business eating it whatsoever, after two other courses, bread, champagne and a cocktail. But after seeing one go past to another table, there was no way I could resist (especially with chocolate crackle bits at the bottom and in the ice-cream - YUM!).
